Everything you want to know before booking

For planned trips we work with fixed packages starting from €7.497. Everything you need is included: photographer, MUAH, model of your choice, location, accommodation, travel, iPhone BTS videos and retouched images. Add-ons like a second model, videographer, styling or extended usage rights are available at extra cost.

For custom exclusive productions, we build a quote based on your specific brief: number of shoot days, location, team size, and deliverables.

Included in every package: concept development, location scouting, model casting, photography by Chantal, make-up & hair styling by Gerriët, travel and accommodation, iPhone BTS videos and retouched images licensed for web and social media use. Not included by default: videographer (with drone footage ), stylist, extended image license, additional models, and props beyond basic set styling.

Travel costs are included in our packages. For custom productions they are also included in the total price on your quote.

International clients pay 100% upfront before we travel. Dutch brands pay 50% upfront and 50% after the shoot.

Once you have accepted the quote, cancellation is not possible. We invest significant time and cost in planning from that point forward.

Sure! If you already have production covered and just need the creative team, you can book photographer Chantal, MUAH Gerriët and our videographer separately.

Yes. After our initial call we send a detailed quote so you have everything you need to make an informed decision. No pressure, no vague estimates.

You reach out, we send you a personalized moodboard within 24 hours and plan a call to walk through it together. From there we develop the full creative concept: location scouting, model proposals, looks, and shoot schedule. Once everything is approved we handle all travel logistics and head to the location. On the shoot day you receive real time previews. After the shoot, our photographer Chantal makes a preselection of the strongest images, you then pick your favorites, and we deliver fully retouched within two weeks.

We recommend booking at least three months in advance. That gives us enough time to plan everything properly: location scouting, model casting, travel logistics, and the creative concept. But if your timeline is tighter, reach out anyway. Joining a planned trip one month before departure is sometimes possible.

Yes. Location scouting is a core part of what we do. Based on your brand aesthetic and campaign needs, we find the right settings and handle all permits. We can switch locations during the day to cover different storylines within one campaign.

Of course. If you have a specific location in mind, we explore its feasibility and handle all logistics. If needed, we will also suggest similar alternatives that fit your vision and keep production running smoothly. Please note this is only possible when choosing a two day shoot or an exclusive campaign, not when joining a planned trip for a 1 day shoot.

Our First Class package is one day. The Business Class is two days. For Elite Class (our exclusive made-to-measure package) we advise based on your specific brief: the number of looks, locations, and content formats you need.

We build weather flexibility into every production plan. If conditions change, we adapt: shifting the schedule, finding covered locations, or adjusting on the fly. If flights or accommodation need to be rebooked, that may come at an additional cost. But we always keep you informed before making any decisions.

Minor changes are almost always manageable. Major shifts like a location change, different models, or a new concept close to the shoot date may affect timeline and budget. We always communicate transparently about what is possible and what it means for the planning.

Yes. Europe is our home base but we are open to productions anywhere in the world. Let us know where you want to shoot and we will make it work.

Yes. We work with local model agencies and platforms and send you a proposal based on your preferences: look, size, aesthetic. You make the final call. If you do not find the right match in our first proposal, we put together a second one at no extra cost.

Ofcourse! If you have worked with a model before and want to continue that, we are happy to work with them. Keep in mind that if the model is not local to the shoot location, their travel costs will be added to the total.

Absolutely. We have successfully cast and worked with male models on location for several clients.

Yes you can. Every package includes one model. Additional models are available at extra cost, starting from €1.000.

Definitely. All our packages include a professional agency-represented model. High-end or top model bookings are possible and will be quoted separately based on their rate.

Every model proposal includes height, clothing size and shoe size so you can make a well-informed decision. If you will need the models to require a specific look, size and/or aesthetic, please let us know in the first call and we will keep this in mind when selecting the models.

So far we have always been able to book the first choice of our clients. But availability can change if there is a long gap between receiving the proposal and confirming. Also few agencies only check the actual availability of a model after interest has been shown. We recommend reviewing and sending your top three choices as quickly as possible.

Ship directly to us by postal service. We receive everything, steam and prep all pieces before the shoot day. If you are based in the Netherlands, you can also drop off your collection in person.

Most brands handle their own styling and ship the collection directly to us. On set, both Chantal and Gerriët keep an eye on every look throughout the day. If you have specific notes about certain looks, send them in advance as a PDF so we can prepare properly.

We will. When we arrive at our accommodation, we prep and steam everything before the shoot day starts. Nothing goes in front of the camera until it looks right.

Yes. If you want professional styling support,  we offer two options.

1) We send you an estimate based on the number of looks (and shootdays if you want the stylist on set).
2 ) We connect you with a trusted stylist who works with your brand remotely before the shoot: curating complete looks, arranging accessories and handling all ordering logistics. 
3 ) All of the above, but additionally the stylist will also travel with us to the location for the shoot itself.

Yes we will and we always love to do so! Think of everyday props like flowers, magazines, food or drinks on a terrace. They are part of the shoot and included in our packages. Larger props like vehicles are not included by default but can be arranged at extra cost.

Absolutely, you are always welcome on location! Let us know in advance how many people would be joining so we can factor that into the planning. Your team can take an active role in styling or art direction, or simply be there to experience the day. Behind the scenes content for your own channels is of course fine too.

Very personal. We work as an extension of your team, not as a supplier you hand a brief to and wait. From the first moodboard to the final delivery, you are involved at every stage. Both Chantal and Gerriët are your point of contact throughout. We respond fast through e-mail and a Whatsapp group and keep each other in the loop on every conversation.

You will have direct contact with both Chantal and Gerriët by email, video call and/or Whatsapp. The other person is always in CC on every email so we are both always up to date. You will never have to repeat yourself. That being said, Gerriët will probably answer most of your practical, logistic and production questions, while Chantal will answer to creative questions.

At the start of the creative process you receive a detailed questionnaire about your brand. We use that to build the moodboard (even further than the first moodboard you will receive within 24 hours) and creative concept. Which you can give feedback on in a shared Canva document, before anything is confirmed. We do not start shooting until the creative direction is exactly right.

It depends on the package. On an exclusive custom production, everything is dedicated to your brand only. On a planned trip, we shoot for multiple brands but each brand receives completely unique content: different models, different looks, different creative direction.

Never. Everything we create for your brand is exclusively yours.

However we are always able to use the material for our own promotion and socials, but only once you've published the photos already. If you want us to post BTS without the product being visible, please let us know.

Yes you can. Our photographer Chantal makes a preselection of the strongest images and delivers these in an online gallery. You choose your favorites from there.

Within two weeks of receiving your selection. We aim to deliver retouched images and iPhone BTS videos at the same time. If you have also booked a videographer, we communicate the expected delivery date separately.

Let us know your deadline as early as possible and we will do everything we can to meet it. Rush delivery may come at an additional fee.

All retouched photos are delivered in high resolution JPG via Dropbox. iPhone BTS videos are delivered in full resolution through an iCloudlink or also Dropbox. If you need additional photoformats like TIFF, just let us know. If you have also booked videography, those finals you will receive in a seperate downloadlink. 

Yes. Let us know your preferred formats and we will deliver accordingly.
