Yes, absolutely! If you’d like to be on set, you’re more than welcome to join us on location. This allows you to see the production process firsthand and provide direct feedback if needed. Please let us know with how many people you’d like to join the shootday and we’ll keep that in mind production-wise.
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance to secure your preferred destination. This way, we have enough time to discuss and produce everything according to your wishes. If you’re on a tighter timeline, please feel free to reach out, and we’ll see what’s possible! Sometimes it’s possible to join a month before a planned trip.
Yes, that’s possible. If you already have production covered but need a top-tier creative team, you can book our photographer, videographer, and MUAH separately. This way you can do the production in-house or work with another production company.
Once we hear from you, we’ll schedule an initial call to discuss your brand, vision and campaign needs. Or if you’re based in the Netherlands, we’d love to meet you at your office. From there, we develop a tailored plan, including model scouting, location scouting and production details. We’ll keep close contact to make sure everything is in line with your vision. Once everything is set, we’ll travel to the shootlocation, keeping you updated throughout to shootday. After the shoot, we handle all post-production and deliver the final images and videos, ready for your marketing channels.
Absolutely! Location scouting is a key part of what we do. Based on your brands aesthetic and campaign needs, we find the perfect settings that aligns with your vision. Whether it's a dreamy coastal backdrop, an urban cityscape, or a hidden gem in nature, we make sure the location enhances your campaign. Also good to know; we can change locations during the day, so we can work on different storylines within the campaign.
Ofcourse! If you have a specific location in mind, we’ll explore its feasibility and handle all the logistics to make it work. If necessary, we’ll also suggest similar alternatives that fit your creative vision while ensuring a smooth production process.
Flexibility is key! If adjustments are needed, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Minor changes can usually be managed without issues, but major last-minute shifts (such as changing location, models, or shoot concept) may affect the timeline and budget. We always communicate transparently about the possibilities.
Yes! While Europe is our primary playground, we’re always open to global productions. Let us know where you want to shoot, and we’ll make sure to produce the best campaign on any location.
This depends on the scope of your campaign. A typical campaign shoot lasts 1 to 2 days, covering multiple looks, locations, and both photo and video content. For more complex productions, we’ll advise on the ideal number of days to achieve the best results.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll do everything in our power to adapt by shifting schedules, finding covered locations, or, if necessary, rescheduling. Weather flexibility is something we build into our planning process to ensure a successful shoot. If by any means we’d need to rebook flights/accommodations/models, it’s possible this comes at an extra cost. Ofcourse we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Your team can take on an active or more observational role—whatever suits you best! You can assist in styling, art direction or simply experience the creative process. If you’d like to create your own behind the scenes videos and photos, that's absolutely possible.
We have a core team that consists of fashion photographer Chantal van den Broek and Hair & Make-up Artist Gerriët Brouwer. We’re also here to take care of the whole production. However we depending on the project and location, we may bring in trusted freelancers to complement the team. This allows us to remain flexible while maintaining high standards.
You’ll have both contact with Chantal and Gerriët by e-mail, through video calls and/or by phone. We both respond quickly, so you’ll have answers to any questions as soon as possible. When e-mailing, the other person is always in the CC, so we’re both always up to date when it comes to all the discussed information
Very personal! We believe in close collaboration and open communication. We take the time to understand your brand and work together as an extension of your team to create visuals that align perfectly with your vision.
When starting working on a creative concept, you’ll receive a questionnaire with all kinds of questions that have to do with your brand. We’ll send you moodboards and a creative concept, which you can give feedback on. This way we make sure to reflect your brand DNA.
No, the content we create for you remains exclusive to your brand. If we organize a group trip, each brand receives their own dedicated visuals. One exception might be that we share stills or iPhone video's of the places we visit without any model.
This depends on the type of trip you book. For exclusive campaign trips, all focus is on your brand and your brand only. If you join a planned trip, we shoot for multiple brands, but we ensure that each brand gets unique content that aligns with their identity. That means working with different models and aligning a photographic style that fits with a brand for example.
All visuals shot for your brand are exclusively yours. We’ll never use, neither share your products and content with other brands unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
After accepting the quote, it’s not possible to cancel the shoot any longer.
As for exclusive trips, these costs are based on several factors, including production complexity, team size, location, amount of shootdays and the desired amount of retouched photos. We create a custom quote based on your specific needs.
As for the planned trips, we work with packages that includes all costs, so you won’t be charged extra for anything. These start from €4.197 up till €11.497 or more, depending on your needs and wishes. The packages include a photographer, MUAH, model (which you can choose), our flight luggage and accommodation, X amount of retouched photos, iPhone BTS videos and all our other costs. You can book extra options such as a second model, extra usage rights and more at extra costs, but basically everything that you’ll need, is included in the packs. Please contact us to receive the costs of the packages.
Our package pricing typically includes production, concept creation, location scouting, photography, hair styling & makeup, model of choice, usage for socials + website, iPhone videos and post-production. Additional costs may apply for extra shooting time, location permits, additional team members and additional photos or usage. We always clarify this upfront.
Yes, if the shoot extends beyond the agreed-upon hours, extra costs may apply. We discuss this in advance so there are no surprises.
Travel costs (flights, accommodations, transportation, rental car) are included in the pricing if specified. Otherwise, they are calculated separately based on the destination.
For international clients, we charge 100% upfront, meaning we need to have the payment on our bank account before we leave for the trip. For Dutch brands only, we charge 50% upfront and 50% after the shoot.
Sure, we’re happy to provide a detailed quote after our initial consultation so you can make an informed decision.

Yes! We think it's really important that the model suits your brands vision, therefore you can choose the model for the shoot. We work with local model agencies and platforms in order to give you multiple choices. Whether you work with a specific sample clothing or shoe size, we'll keep this in mind when working on a model proposal.
Sure, you can always work with a model that for example you’ve worked with before. Please note that when you book model from another city than the city we’re shooting in, the travel costs of a model will be added to the total. The costs of a local model are always included in our prices.
We’re definitely able to book high-end models, however this will come at extra costs. In all our packages and estimates we have a certain budget which covers professional, most of the times agency-represented, models. However if you’d love to work with high-end models, we’ll charge the extra costs in comparison to our regular model costs.
Most definitely. Although you may only have seen female models in our photos, we’ve also successfully booked male models on location for our clients.
So far, we’ve always been able to book the first choice of our clients. When we inquire models, we always inform them about the possible shoot dates and they often let us know their availability right away. That being said, if a lot of time passes before we hear back from you, the availability of the models may change. So it’s always best to review the models quickly and send us back your top three models.
Yes, you can have multiple models for the campaign. In our packages, there’s always one model included, any additional models will come at extra costs. We’ll let you know the additional costs, before booking extra models.
When you receive our model proposal, we’ll make sure to include height, clothing size and shoe size of each model.
From our experience, most accessories brands do the styling for their photoshoots in-house. Meaning someone in the marketing or styling team, will arrange outfits to complete the looks. That’s why we have chosen not to include styling within our standard packages, but ofcourse we are able to help you out with this! So if you could use a professional stylist's vision, we’d love to connect you with a stylist. We’ll send you an estimate based on the amount of looks and we’d only need your feedback on the proposed outfits and we’ll take care of the rest!
On set both the MUAH and the fashion photographer, we’ll make sure to keep an eye on the styling. If you have any comments about specific looks, we kindly ask you to let us know in a PDF-document, so we could pay attention to that. Whenever you really need a stylist on set, you’re free to come with us on the shootday itself or we could book a stylist at extra costs to make sure the stylist will check everything.
When we arrive at our accommodation, we’ll start prepping all the clothes and accessoires for your photoshoot. We’ll steam the clothes and make sure everything is done in order to keep the products great for when we’re shooting them.
Yes, definitely! Whether it’s a coffee on a terrace of a restaurant, some colourful flowers, a magazine or analogue camera, all these kinds of props are included in the shoot! If you require bigger props like vehicles, they are not included, but can be arranged at extra costs for sure.
Yes you can! Our photographer Chantal will make a pre-selection with all the best photos and deliver these in an online gallery. Here you can easily select your favorite photos yourself.
Sure, feel free to let us know your needs and we'll make sure you'll receive the photos also optimized for social media.
We'd love to help you meet your deadline. Please let us know as early as possible what content you'd need at what date and we'll do our very best to make sure you'll receive the needed photos/videos on time. We may charge rush fee's for this.
After we've received your selection, it takes up to two weeks to retouch and deliver the photos. We aim to deliver both the retouched photos and iPhone behind the scenes videos at once. If you've also booked a videographer, we'll communicate the expected delivery date to you in the process.
We deliver all photos in high resolution JPG through wetransfer. The iPhone behind the scenes videos are always delivered in full resolution as well. If you need any additional formats like TIFF, feel free to let us know and we'll make sure you'll receive those formats as well.
